19. Add 'Suggested changes to Argo files' google doc list to the AVTT GitHub dashboard

Action is to create new AVTT GitHub issues out of the relevant items in the 'Suggested changes to Argo files' Google Doc.

Hello @tcarval @vpaba , I was unsure of the status of this issue, and place where to report suggested changed to Argo files, hence I have added a suggestion in the google doc about a new field DEPLOYMENT_COMMENT in the meta file.

Hi @RomainCancouet, thanks for your comment! I think it would be useful to also create a new AVTT GitHub issue with your new suggestion, as that would be the way forward from my understanding.
As to the most appropriate repo to add most/all the 'Google Doc' issues to, maybe https://github.com/nvs-vocabs/ArgoVocabs/issues would be the one? Happy to hear other suggestions though.
