[GUI] The installer does not fit on a single page

Problem

Each step in the installer is fairly small and does not contain a lot of text. Yet, when opening the installer in full screen on a normal resolution display, you still have to scroll vertically before being able to go back.

Solution

Make sure vertical scrolling is not needed by not loosing so much space at the top.

Could you maybe add some screenshots of the problem. I don't really have any issues.
The header does indeed take a lot of space and can be sized down.

I think every page is fixed for smaller screens. There is still a slight issue with info-hovers that I don't know how to fix.
