The dataset from the old chimney project is not too great.

• Most key and values are in Dutch (Even if we don't have a problem with this, OHM will.)
• Some tags are custom and don't exist
• Most descriptions have over 255 characters (so they'll be truncated when uploaded)

It'd be great if it could be fixed however. Here's a partially fixed version of the dataset. The only thing left to be fixed in this version is the size of the comments (they need to be split into multiple description fields (like description_1, description_2, etc.)

Since fixing the dataset is a great effort, I think this is out of scope for our #oSoc19 proof-of-concept.
