Description of the problem

Instructions page is incorrect for deploying OVA

Instructions indicate OVA tarballs are available from the link provided. The link, however, just leads to a directory of RPMs.

Right away I spotted that these are not OVAs -- at least, if we're to believe the suffix on the filenames, that is.
