An Angular2+ version would be really great. Tried to use hello.js but it does not work for across all browsers...

Thanks for bringing this up.

Short answer: Yes.

I already thought about porting this to Angular 2+, but didn't had the necessary time to start, at least, a draft version.

I'll try to include this in my next couple of weekends and update the status here.
