像同盘，ipos设置1cpu小于一万，或者磁盘性能小于这个数，在性能模式下都报错出来；

巡检是否需要增加一个ob高性能套餐，像同盘，ipos设置1cpu小于一万，或者磁盘性能小于这个数，在性能模式下都报错出来；追求极致性能的时候用这个套餐巡检一下，和默认的obdiag check巡检的项以及报错等级会略有差别
