Automatically Add a Message to Discussions in the mo Repository

We need an automation feature for our GitHub organization. The goal is to automatically post a message in any new discussions created in the mo repository.

Requirements:

• Whenever a new discussion is started in the mo repository, an automatic message should be posted in the discussion thread.
• The message should mention all three teams: @octoposprime/mo , @octoposprime/mo-tl , @octoposprime/mo-jr , to ensure they receive a notification about the new discussion.
  This automation will help in promptly notifying all relevant teams about new discussions, ensuring that no important conversation is missed.
