We deployed an implementation of the step page where logs are served over a websocket and consumed via a JavaScript websockets client.

We noticed that ocaml-ci-web was consuming 100% CPU and the site was unresponsive. On further investigation it looks like we may have run into this issue on Dream aantron/dream#230

When the issue with Dream is resolved we should be in a position to retry the work in PR #799
