Can't make pdf

When following the steps to install I get this message.

The version for TeXLive is from Homebrew and updated so is MIKTEX and Pygments.
Here is my version for git.

git version 2.37.1 (Apple Git-137.1)

I also can not make with a different error! All the dependencies listed in the readme are met.
