[Feature Request]: Low probability for armed & possibly armoured vehicles at outposts #3439

Proposed feature

A very very very low probability for there to be an active armed vehicle (MRAP, Light APC, APC) at enemy outposts, possibly scaled with war level and/or aggression for both probability and vehicle type.

Additional context

On rare occassions a QRF vehicle such as an MRAP or APC will retreat to an outpost that which is already spawned in, unbeknownst to players - exact details of how this happens is beyond this scope.
When the players then discover this vehicle at the outpost it does throw a wrench in their plans, in a good way as it provides an interesting problem for the players to address rather than the same old snipe the turrets and garrison.
It also raises the stakes as failing to use your advantage to take out the vehicle could have dire consequences, and scouting before your engagement is further rewarded as you'll be able to see and formulate a plan to deal with this unexpected threat.
