omf doesn't display a status message for pyenv

Hey guys,

Once I install omf pyenv I still get the same status message as if I've never installed omf pyenv:

⋊> ~ pyenv init                                                                                                                             00:00:00
# Load pyenv automatically by appending
# the following to ~/.config/fish/config.fish:

status --is-interactive; and source (pyenv init -|psub)

⋊> ~ omf install pyenv                                                                                                                 00:00:00
Updating https://github.com/oh-my-fish/packages-main master... Done!
Error: pyenv already installed.

So there is no way for me to tell if omf install pyenv did anything or not.
