Blank header error - Problem when editing last row of a file

Problem description

I uploaded a file to recreate the blank header error. I then edited the last row (removed content) and clicked Save changes. The Blank header problem disappeared (the ODE added Field1 and Field 2 as column names) and the app showed a blank row error instead. In addition, the error tooltip is no longer displayed.
