Is this a BUG REPORT or FEATURE REQUEST?:

What happened:
Currently a CLA is used, but various projects moved or are moving to a DCO.
Linux Kernel, Gitlab, Chef etc.

What you expected to happen:
Support or at least consideration of DCOs.
