Scale name
The scale is sold in germany as "Edeka Zuhause" product, it appears to be a Senssun scale:

Step 1: Read the general reverse engineer process

Scale support
I changed the "SENSSUN FAT" entry in BluetoothFactory.java to IF_B6A so that the scale gets marked as supported in the App. When stepping onto the scale and connecting via bluetooth, I get the attached log. It recognizes a "Model A" device, which looks good.

I have no idea what should happen next when I use the App together with any scale, so I am looking for advice for the next steps. The scale happily shows my weight and then switches off after some time.
