Changing the openai uri for use with Oobabooga

Hello, I was looking through the code trying to find the spot where the openai uri was located so that I could change it and point to oobabooga's api but it looks like the openai python package doesn't have that exposed. At least they don't have an example of changing it on their pypi page. Does anyone have a heads up on how one might go about adding that in so that I can use my pc to do the completions instead of openai?
