handling different projects

Hi.

I have setup the two example projects, as well as my own. Please see

I would expect the $styles_dir variable to be used to lookup the shapefiles for each project, but apparently it is using the $out_dir variable.
That way it's rather hard to cleanly separate totally different projects.
Or am I getting something wrong here?
