PM2 task does not restart the a process correctly

This is happening occasionally and possibly related to #1 .

Expected:
When it works correctly, the role will succesfully stop and kill existing pm2 processes and start a new one.
This should work consistently every time.

Actual:
Some time the role will not be able to do this, The previous pm2 process is left running serving and if not restarted manully, it will continue serving the files that were being served before the deployment
