cmp: monitors

i want their:

• model
• vendor
• res
• refresh rate
• aspect ratio
  • we can technically get this from max resolution. i'd prefer not to calculate it on the spot every time...
• size in inches
• brightness ($cd/m^2$, aka nits)
• hdr support (preferably with info about any supported standards)
• color depth
• support for NVIDIA G-SYNC or AMD FreeSync
• color space

some of these might be difficult to find from the os. but we'll try

worst case scenario, user submissions can assist with providing specs on the frontend :)
