Jetboard Challenge Pickups Should Respawn

During the Jetboard challenge in the Stadium, there are pickups that give you some points when you pick them up. There is just one problem..... they don't respawn until you "revisit" the level.

The points they give aren't too significant. But it is still more than 0.

It would be nice if they respawned maybe every time you start the challenge.

While this change would make the game diverge from the original behaviour, it is a pretty minor and harmless change that would make repeated attempts of the Jetboard challenge more fair.

The reason why I am not making a PR is because I am not sure what approach would be the best, or if this possibly controversial change would even be accepted.
