Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In our current environment, all connections to Google BigQuery must go through a proxy server for security and network routing reasons. However, the current OpenMetadata BigQuery connection settings do not provide an option to configure a proxy server. As a result, we are unable to establish a connection to BigQuery from our environment.

Describe the solution you'd like
We request that OpenMetadata add support for configuring a proxy server in the BigQuery connection settings. This would involve adding fields for specifying the proxy server's URL, port, and, if applicable, authentication credentials.

Describe alternatives you've considered
A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Additional context
Without proxy server support, we cannot connect to BigQuery in environments that enforce proxy usage for external connections. Adding this feature would enhance the flexibility of OpenMetadata and make it suitable for a wider range of network environments.
