Plugin options to make use of __convert_value

Some plugins are parsing their options to stringcompare against "false" vs "true", however this is not needed since TestDef converts options passed in from INI to boolean automatically if the default for those options are set as boolean.

This task is to clean up all plugins to not set options to "false" or "true" and instead set False or True
