I'd like to do an article that shares some ideas on avoiding and resolving conflict, based on my experience in my current role of serving as an organizational ombuds. This could cover

• some examples of conflict that can occur
• a discussion on potential causes
• a review of some frameworks or approaches that can be used to work through the conflict
  • Understanding what you really want (including developing options)
  • Choosing the right approach
  • having the conversation
  • following up
