In "Assessing threats and opportunities" (page 158 of the paginated PDF file), the text instructs participants to "agree on their group's top three Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Strengths." That second instance of "Strengths" should actually be "Threats," as Jim is speaking of SWOT analysis in this context.
