Parent link flask & SQLAlchemy

Hi, I'm creating training application that must show many languages.
This is my repo
This is architecture.

I have store app where use SQLAlchemy and Flask.

I have one span on main trace and second span not linked to main trace.

1. Span linked to aggregator (I think that this span is writed with Aggregator HTTP Instrumentation).
   

2. Second span not linked
   

I have used this sample line of code

SQLAlchemyInstrumentor().instrument(
    engine=engine,
)

Why I haven't span in parent trace?

I Resolved this.
I use default propagation and not B3!
