Request from @jpkrohling: For #otel-operator, they'd like to get user stories, to better understand how they are using the operator and what their needs are. A special focus on what their needs around how to distribute a Collector configuration would be nice to have. Would you be able to work with the maintainers to determine the best course of action? It could be a survey, but I think for this specific scenario, it would be great to have a set of office-hours?
