The spec should contain the latest versions of the other applications and should contain latest AppPattern changes #33

The spec from #32 needs to be modified to include the latest changes.

The latest app versions in the http clients to be used are:

TAC apps: 2.1.2
MWDG: 1.0.2
MWDI: 1.0.2

Also the changes from the latest appPattern must be included (e.g. new basic services)
