Deregistration of oldRelease shall be automated

RequestSequenceRepresentation application will be listed as a client in the following TAC applications
AdministratorAdministration
ExecutionAndTraceLog
OamLog
ApplicationLayerTopology
RegistryOffice

When a new version of this RSR application gets registered and approved.
Then , the new version will be embedded to the ApplicationLayer(means the new application will be listed as a client in the 5 TAC applications).
At the same time , the old version will also be available in the ApplicationLayer since the embedding process will not initiate the deregistration of the oldRelease.
A manual deregistration shall be initiated to deregister the same.
