The app is looking for settings.json inside the config folder, what is it for?

It is a config file read from settings.py but the source dir containing all django config shouldn't be there (error on my first commit). Django-odk is aimed to be plugged into your own django-app with own settings.py. I will release a new version tomorrow or next week with few changes + get rid of the dependency to lxml package in models.py
