Related to #465

Configure a Blue-Green-Deployment when switching from an old to a new Poseidon release at a deployment
in order to minimize the deployment downtime and the effects (the WebSocket connections should not be aborted).

Consider the systemd's ReusePort configuration (See codeocean-terraform!170).
