Move the infiniband/ipoib device specific variables / documentation:

IPOIB_MODE=<connected | datagram | >
IPOIB_UMCAST=<allowed | disallowed |  1 | 0 |  >

from ifcfg(5) into a ifcfg-infiniband(5) alias ifcfg-ipoib(5) manual page to increase their visibility
(e.g. in "apropos") and because they're specific to infiniband devices.
