I found that the license.txt file says it is under the Open Web Foundation Final Specification Agreement (OWFa 1.0) while the headers files e.g. sai.h say it is under the Apache License, Version 2.0. Does anyone know what is the license of OCP SAI? If it is under Apache License, Version 2.0, why not the license.txt says it directly? And if it is under OWFa 1.0, is there any legal risk for further development?
