Starting OpenControl Virtual Meetings

People are discussing starting regular OpenControl virtual meetings on OpenControl's slack channel.

Alyssa Feola - "We can talk about cadence, but I suggest we pre-book 3 meetings, every other week, with set agendas and reevaluate from there...One of the first objectives I think we should accomplish is to 1) determine the top 3 frameworks and appoint a champ per framework and then those frameworks split up into WG (potentially)"
