[k8s support] curve supports helm deployment

Currently, only the client side of curve can be deployed through helm, but the server side of curve cannot run in k8s yet. We hope that the curve cluster supports helm deployment and is truly cloud-native. Now the community has launched a discussion, I hope everyone can provide some ideas.
