Handle LRGS Storage

LRGS requires some sort of storage backend.

Allow the user to set appropriate PerstitenceVolumeClaim values

Additional context
Future work on LRGS will allow S3 Object Storage or SQL database. Chart will need to be updated at that time; however, the flexibility for such should be considered.
