Custom Resource definition for apps.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The are currently multiple applications, like the LRGS, Compproc, RoutingScheduler, and AlarmManager, that can be deployed by users.
Except for the LRGS, all of these apps also have a "name" so that multiple instances can be run and curated by the user.

The current work on the helm chart is a simple direction of the application that the chart will create deployments for.

Describe the solution you'd like
By using CRDs for the apps the individual settings can be more readily exposed, and a simple controller can create deployments as required.

Not really sure if that is worth the effort or not and would really like some feedback from anyone with any other experience with Kubernetes applications and helm charts.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Keep the current method of a list of the apps in the helm chart values.
