Currently, when there are existing detectors but none running (when live anomalies chart is turned off) there is some spacing issues on the dashboard page. Specifically, there is a large gap between the filters and the live anomalies chart, and the sunburst chart and detector feature list are not the same height.

See this issue for other cases not only no running detectors. If drag browser window, you can see the space between filter and live anomaly chart changes. For example, I have only one initializing detector
