What is the meanings of the parameter "thet" in the output variables of Xbeach? The manual shows that "thet" is the wave angles with units of rad.,but the values of "thet" are always bigger then 3.1415 in my simulations. #28

What is the meanings of the parameter "thet" in the output variables of Xbeach? The manual shows that "thet" is the wave angles with units of rad.,but the values of "thet" are always bigger then 3.1415 in my simulations.
I tried many times and failed to know the real meanings of "thet".
Please help me anyone?
