A direct link to the EULogin documentation in the readme would be highly appreciated.
I believe: https://citnet.tech.ec.europa.eu/CITnet/confluence/display/IAM/EU+Login correct?

Also a brief explanation of each setting (at admin/config/system/oe_authentication) such as "Application assurance levels" etc would be sufficient for developers to better understand what each one does.
