Issue with version 2.4

Dears,

When we upgraded to latest version of the OpenEuropa module oe_editorial (v2.4), we couldn't see anymore the dialog to change the moderation state of a draft. The node is getting published directly.

Is this the expected behaviour of this new version? Or is there a new configuration to set up?

We had to downgrade to v2.3 to avoid any issue on the business side.
