Bug Report

Expected behavior/code

Using CLI command to list Experience Index content (either courses or content of a course) should display all of the results,
Using CLI command to index all courses and their content should index all courses.

Actual Behavior

It prints only 100 entries.
It only index some courses.

Steps to Reproduce

warren xi index courses for a Moodle instance with +100 courses
warren xi list courses only display 100 entries
and
warren xi index all for a Moodle instance with +100 courses
warren xi list content COURSE_ID for a COURSE_ID not in warren xi list courses

Environment

Warren version: v0.5.0
