Issue stemming stemming from #114
Could we have a 'cookbook' on how to push OM semantics to OGC definition server ?

Sort on the ISO level as agreed with Reese, then try and import these definitions to OGC
Background: current preliminary agreement is to duplicate definitions after all, add a subsection to terminology, reformulating the req text to definition texts for all classes, some attributes/associations

Trying to see what I should do for this issue???

Content of definitions is sorted under #96 and #97, importing them to GeoLexica and OGC Def Server are beyond the doc

not final spec relevant, shall be chased at our leisure!
