In XML serialization, Identification and Name are automatically available in OGC FeatureTypes. Will this hold true for alternative serializations, e.g. JSON (and dialects)? or must we foresee these attributes for all featureType in the UML model

In XSD, <> triggers gml:identifier, gml:name, gml:description coming from gml:StandardObjectProperties.
Is there any plan at the OGC level to ensure all OGC semantic standards have a consistent serialization of those in other encodings like JSON ?
