Issues creating QFieldcloud project file

Describe the issue

when i create a proj file through Qfield cloud plugin in QGIS it doesn't upload. I get messages saying the shapefiles have failed to upload but no information on why.

Reproduction steps

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Qfield plug in
2. creat cloud project from existing project
3. upload files

Expected behaviour

creates a Qfield cloud project file on the cloud to be used in qfield

Observed behavior

file upload just says failed and turns red - no description provided
