Can we merge CD4 before ART and CD4 during ART? At the time of capturing the questionnaire, I presume only one answer will be given; whether it is before or during ART depends on whether there is ART ongoing or not - if not merge, we could also use conditionals e.g. answerWhen, but that would make data collection difficult downstream. #50
