This issue is blocked by #211
If an entry is double-clicked it will not be selected, but rather open the file and navigate to the context.

Double-clicking source program will open the source program in the editor.
Double-clicking testsuite will open the file containing the testsuite, and navigate to the line defining the testsuite.
Double-clicking testcase will open the file containing the testcase, and navigate to the line defining the testcase.
