Build a search evaluation pipeline

We need to evaluate the quality of query results. For this, we need at least:

• Decide on metric(s) with which to evaluate our models #5
• Get data that we can use to compute our evaluation metrics #6
• Set up (automated) evaluation and reporting of results #7

Ah I thought that this was a duplicate and removed it because it was just a part of the evaluation that was done while there are other issues that are the parts that are still being worked on.
