Hello,

When I execute 'xterm h2' in mininet, I get the following error:

Error: Cannot connect to display

I think this has something to do with docker containers. This prevents me from running wireshark on any host.

In Exercise 6: Segment Routing v6 (SRv6) it is mentioned that:

To verify that the device inserts the correct SRv6 header, you can use Wireshark to capture packet from each device port.

How should I run wireshark to capture the packet?

If anyone can help, thank you!

Hi. I found some alternatives to the above problems.

  • Edgeshark can help you capture packets of all links in docker network.
  • Regarding the terminal, here are some temporary solutions.

Cheers!

I haven't studied ngsdn further recently, so I may not know much about this issue. I'm concerned that the P4 forum is still active. Maybe someone in the forum can answer your questions.

Cheers!
