Additional check: Only one interestedParty should be present in an OOC statement #91

Check: Within a single OOC statement, if interestedParty has a value for either describedByEntityStatement OR describedByPersonStatement OR unspecified (no priority) then the other two MUST be blank.

Error message: "There can be only one interested party per ownership or control statement."

I've assigned myself because this can be solved at the JSON schema validation level, so I'll work on it as part of the changes to 0.4.0
