Do something about Font Awesome pageview limit

We use Font Awesome for our website icons, but there is a limit of 10,000 pageviews per month for the free account that we use. We already used up our pageviews on September 18th. So we'll have no icons for the next 2 weeks. We should do something about this. It is possible to host the icons locally, but then we'd need access to the website host (which Sampo has).
