Describe the solution you'd like

Refactor the SavedObjectFinderUi to abstract search based filters into a function that can be passed along by consumers instead of incorporating those logic in SavedObjectFinderUi and bloating the component. Refer to the link below for more details regarding the ask and background surrounding it.
